IndustryFusion Foundation at EuroBLECH 2024
Our stand at EuroBLECH: IndustryFusion Foundation | Hall 13 | Stand E138
At the EuroBLECH 2024 exhibition (22 - 25 October, Hanover), the Foundation will be presenting the first IndustryFusion Ready systems live in action. Products labelled with the IndustryFusion Ready logo can be digitally networked with the IndustryFusion-X open source networking solution across manufacturers in accordance with the criteria of Industry 4.0 and offer a wide range of added value in this context:
- New opportunities in the area of machine financing: the Equipment-as-a-Service financing model makes it possible to lease machines to end users and determine regular payments based on actual usage time. This means that high capital commitments can be avoided, but at the same time modern and energy-saving machines can be utilized.
- Transparency across all important production KPIs: IndustryFusion-X enables interoperable access to data in heterogeneously set up industrial production environments via standardized formats and a standardised infrastructure. This makes it easier to identify optimisation potential in production by creating transparency through the structured, semantic processing and analysis of unstructured data from the production machines (shop floor).
- Innovative production sharing models: IndustryFusion-X enables new horizontal value creation networks such as cloud manufacturing, production & resource sharing. This allows production facilities used in manufacturing to be optimally utilized. However, the basic prerequisite for this is a largely automated quotation process. With IndustryFusion-X and the corresponding software tools, this is no longer a dream of the future.
